Tonight we will be closed for our last Cocktail Hour at The Café class of the year! Tonight we are celebrating the release of Dale ‘King Cocktail’ Degroff’s new Amaro!

DeGroff New World Amaro is hand-crafted entirely from natural botanical ingredients fruits, roots, flowers, and leaves. It is finished with glacier-fed spring water from Mt. Hood, Oregon’s highest mountain peak. It delivers a rich, bittersweet complexity found in the finest traditional Italian spirits, but with a new world botanical twist.

Master Mixologist Dale DeGroff developed his extraordinary techniques and talent tending bar at the legendary Rainbow Room, where in the 1980’s, he pioneered a gourmet approach to recreating the classic cocktails. DeGroff has since been credited with reviving the profession of bartending and setting off a cocktail explosion that continues to transform the industry.
